Paid Search Marketing Manager

So, we’re looking for a Paid Search Marketing Manager to help us navigate our growth. Are you the missing piece we’re looking for? Are you ready to help us do some good? LERMA/ is seeking a problem-solving Paid Search Manager with experience in Shopper Marketing to join our team of forward-thinking media professionals. The Paid Search Manager creates, implements, and oversees paid search/Shopper Marketing ad strategies and campaigns for our clients, with annual budgets exceeding $3 million.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and internal teams to develop paid search strategies across various search platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and CPG search platforms
  • Develop and lead the Shopper Marketing strategy and plans for a portfolio of brands
  • Build strong working relationships with assigned retailer client contacts
  • Oversee and work daily in paid search engines to ensure campaign goals and objectives are met, if not exceeded
  • Create campaign strategies and account structures from the ground up with client goals in mind
  • Optimize campaigns and creative assets based on performance and objectives
  • Develop quarterly or yearly paid search plans and campaigns for flights and seasonal trends
  • Lead client meetings regularly to review campaign objectives, performance, and optimizations
  • Remain on top of current and new search engine trends to push our work on the edge of innovation
  • Manage, prioritize, and delegate account responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working in paid search engine advertising
  • Experienced in creating campaigns in both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience creating and managing Shopper’s Marketing Channels
  • Record of managing successful awareness and direct response search campaigns across multiple search engines
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience with data analysis and reporting via analytic programs (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Ad Cloud, Tableau, and Google Data Studio)
  • Excellent verbal, quantitative, and presentation skills
