LERMA/ is seeking a solution-oriented Paid Social Associate to help maximize Meta, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok ad strategies and campaigns for our partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports planners and supervisors in managing paid social campaigns through daily pacing, campaign building and trafficking, reporting, etc
• Assists in identifying optimization opportunities and making media recommendations
• Research emerging social platforms to support client recommendations
• Set up media billing trackers, steward the billing process, and actualize dollars on an ongoing basis
REQUIREMENTS:
• 0-2 years of experience working in paid media advertising comprised of media planning/buying and/or paid social within an agency environment
• An internship with an advertising/media agency or in a digital marketing role is highly desired
• Prior experience using excel for data management and/or budgeting a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to pull actionable insights from sets of data
• Attention to detail
