Paid Social Director

LERMA/ is seeking a solution-oriented Paid Social Manager to help maximize Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok ad strategies and campaigns for our partners. This role will manage a portfolio of clients with annual budgets exceeding $15M. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop, manage, and monitor client P&Ls for assigned accounts 
  • Own process development and paid social best practices for teams   
  • Keep senior leadership informed of client opportunities, potential risks, and other key nuances that may affect the health of the business  
  • Develop and foster account relationships through account retention across client portfolio  
  • Manage strategy development and execution across segmentation, concept/copy testing, sales forecasting, advertising effectiveness, customer profitability analysis (lifetime value), media mix modeling, and ROI measurement  
  • Leverage syndicated digital research to benchmark trends and/or manage expectations of forecasted trends  
  • Motivate, lead, and manage internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients’ business objectives  
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members  
  • Conduct performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports  

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 7+ years of experience in paid social media buying & planning within an agency environment 
  • Well-versed in Meta, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, etc.  
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people  
  • Experience crafting POVs and presentations to ignite and innovate clients’ business 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to pull actionable insights from sets of data 
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Microsoft Excel 
  • Preferred experience working with Google Data Studio, but not a requirement 
  • Presentation and oral communication skills 
  • Attention to detail
