Paid Social Supervisor

LERMA/ is seeking a solution-oriented Paid Social Supervisor to help maximize Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok ad strategies and campaigns for our partners. This role will manage a portfolio of clients with annual budgets over $10M.


Partner with clients and internal teams to develop paid social strategies across all social platforms including but not limited to: Meta/Instagram, Pinterest, Nextdoor, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter
Analyze and report relevant social media KPIs on regular cadence for successes and opportunities
Troubleshoot technical assets such as product catalogs, pixels, offline data sets and more
Manage and train paid social junior talent, maintaining accountability for their career development
Well versed in paid social vendor landscape and contributes to agency POVs
Monitors latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels, and technologies to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
Ability to translate and communicate campaign success to clients
Participate in meetings/client QBRs and assist with meeting deliverables and keynote presentations
Work flexible hours to adapt to the real-time nature of the social space. Be available “on call” during non-business hours for posting and optimizing as needed


4-6+ years of experience in a digital agency, with extensive experience using social biddable platforms  
Understanding of paid social campaign management technology from implementation to daily management of optimization features
Demonstrates experience in directing and managing large and complex paid social campaigns
Intermediate level understanding of Excel including v-lookups, pivot tables, chart building, etc
At least 1+ years of team management, setting best practices, implementing innovative solutions, and serving as a point of escalation
Preferred experience working with Google Data Studio, but not a requirement
