We used cultural relevance to help The Home Depot’s message uniquely resonate with the Hispanic customer. From the cast to the nativity and brightly colored holiday décor to the traditional Hispanic holiday dishes on the dining table, our Hispanic audience can see themselves reflected in this message.
In quantitative testing, our TV spot, “Help,” was the top-performing Home Depot ad for the Hispanic market. It performed very well in terms of Breakthrough, attributed to the balance of in-store footage and strong family-oriented scenes. Scores for High Relevance, Brand Connection and Clear Messaging showed that this spot outperformed competitors in building a creative connection.
