When Warner Media asked LERMA/ for a campaign that would celebrate Latinx Heritage Month across their “TNets” — TNT, TBS, and TruTV — we proved that Latinx people bring the color to our world by leveraging a little-known fact that the inventor of color TV came from Latin America.
“Ponle Color” celebrated the impact of Latinx people on culture and pop culture with a mixed-language spot than ran well beyond Hispanic Heritage Month and garnered two industry awards.
The campaign had such an impact that Warner Media extended it with an unplanned activation. In partnership with VCHOS, they designed a food truck wrapped in illustrations from the spot, which gave away over 1,000 free Latinx meals.
