Summer Media Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized intern to join our media team! The intern will support the development and execution of media plans, receive additional training on tools and resources, attend vendor meetings and perform other various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn all things media, including social, search, programmatic, ad operations and strategy.

The LERMA/ Media Program will be 11 weeks long and run June 3, 2024 to August 15, 2024. We are seeking applicants that can work part-time (maximum of 25 hours per week). The role will be in-office, so candidates must be willing to come to the office in Downtown Dallas.


  • Contribute to strategy with the goal of better understanding the role of paid media, including building digital experience across paid search, paid social and programmatic by supporting the in-house buying team
  • Assist in pulling and compiling competitive insights, conduct audience analyses, and gather platform research to inform paid media strategy
  • Monitor and analyze various reports daily to review for pacing or discrepancies to ensure ongoing campaign oversight
  • Keep current on media trends within the industry and evaluate new media opportunities with a chance to share learnings with the larger media team
  • Collaborate with other interns to complete and present an intern project


  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail, well-organized and a self-starter
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
