Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a high-energy Senior Project Manager to lead process management for end-to-end multichannel advertising campaigns for a major retail account. You will be the pulse of the account, managing the journey from the initial strategy brief through creative development and final asset trafficking.

The ideal candidate understands that retail is fast-moving and requires a balance of rigorous process and creative flexibility. You’ll ensure that every video, audio, and social ad is executed to perfection and hits the market exactly when the consumer is ready to shop.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

This role serves as the engine of the campaign lifecycle, moving from high-level strategy to the technical precision required for a flawless launch.

  • Campaign Orchestration: Lead the full lifecycle of high-budget multichannel campaigns, managing the transition from a Strategy Brief to a fully realized Creative Brief that aligns art direction and copy teams
  • Production Oversight: Manage the development phase for diverse digital assets, ensuring brand consistency throughout
  • Stakeholder Navigation: Act as the primary bridge between clients, brand leadership, and internal teams, facilitating review loops and translating technical production requirements into clear business value
  • Multichannel Pacing: Balance high-volume, always-on workstreams with complex, large-scale seasonal initiatives, effectively managing cross-departmental resources to maintain consistent team velocity and output quality
  • Trafficking & Deployment: Coordinate the final hand-off to media partners, ensuring every asset meets technical specs, naming conventions, and tracking requirements
  • Risk Management: Track campaign and project burn rates while proactively identifying risks keep projects profitable and on schedule

What Do You Bring to the Table?

The ideal candidate is a project management leader who bridges the gap between creative vision and technical delivery through clear stakeholder communication and rigorous operational oversight.

  • Strategic Campaign Expertise: 6+ years of digital project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on integrated marketing campaigns or high-velocity retail accounts
  • Production Mastery: Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and how a concept evolves into a set of technical specs ready for trafficking across various media platforms
  • Operational Agility: Proven adaptive leadership, the ability to pivot project workflows instantly when client requirements or market conditions shift mid-campaign, maintaining team alignment and momentum without compromising delivery
  • Campaign Literacy: Deep understanding of the full campaign ecosystem, from strategic briefing to technical execution, with a mastery of PM software (Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet) to manage the interplay between creative assets, media specs, and multi-channel deployment
  • Obsessive Precision: An uncompromising eye for detail; understanding that a broken promo code or an incorrect price point on a live asset is a critical error
  • Communication Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written skills to lead a room, inspire creative teams, and de-escalate high-pressure client conversations with grace
  • Bilingual: fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
