Senior Media Strategist/ Supervisor

So, we’re looking for a Senior Media Strategist/Supervisor to help us navigate our growth. Are you the missing piece we’re looking for? Are you ready to help us do some good?

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a mentor, and provide guidance/leadership to junior team members
  • Key liaison for campaign execution, coordinating with account management and SME teams
  • Manage, analyze, and review all client facing deliverables
  • Guide media strategists in developing strategy and plans
  • Responsible media investment/execution team briefing process
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and identify areas of development within emerging markets
  • Present proposals to internal and external audiences (after review) without oversight
  • Oversee campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for a set of top tier client relationships
  • Oversee the development of RFPs, the final recommendation, and campaign measurement reports
  • Develop and present concise results decks highlighting the relevant learning gained and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Delegate and oversee responsibilities/assignments appropriate for junior teammates
  • Promote positive working relationships within the department, the company, and the vendor community
  • Provide consultative strategic direction to your accounts and identify appropriate programs and services to meet client needs

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in media strategy or planning disciplines
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math/Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfort taking a position of thought leadership for clients and agency
  • Able to independently prioritize across multiple projects
  • Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional in all internal and external communications
  • Self-motivated, but works well with and contributes to an integrated strategy team
  • Resourceful in problem-solving and troubleshooting
