Bilingual Account Executive

This position is responsible for supporting all day-to-day aspects of an account including building key client relationships, supporting internal teams in the development of creative work, and managing those projects from briefing to final deliverables. This position must take initiative to learn and understand the client’s business and marketing needs, including but not limited to competitive environment, product or service offerings, and growth opportunities. Brand Leadership will work with internal partners such as the Brand Strategy, Creative, Paid Media, and New Business teams along with clients and their various agency partners to develop overall marketing programs that maximize client’s budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflows across cross-functional teams (brand strategy, media, creative, production) to plan and execute advertising, branding, and/or marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accountability for the management and execution of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring client and internal team satisfaction by meeting timeline milestones and established budgets
  • Proactively support all work, not just requested assignments, but also seeking out new opportunities to advance the business
  • Actively participates in client business meetings, agency partner status meetings, and internal team meetings
  • Report to supervisor to ensure the delivery of ongoing marketing and advertising assets
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and passion for the client’s business
  • Seeks to understand all channels of communications, both traditional and digital
  • Works with leadership to develop scopes of work, estimates, presentations and any other client facing documents
  • Assist with billing (client and vendor invoice processing, POs, etc.)
  • Ability to learn basic analytics data, reporting, and have an awareness of upcoming digital media trends and technologies
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • One to three years of advertising agency or marketing-related experience
  • Able to think on your feet and work under pressure with strict guidelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Outstanding communication, written, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and adept, with a can-do/will-do attitude
  • A passion for creativity
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughly organized
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, strategic communications, or marketing-related field
  • Fluent in English/Spanish
