Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Account Executive to join our Brand Leadership Team. In this role, you will help drive day-to-day execution across integrated marketing and advertising initiatives—partnering closely with internal teams and clients to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and with excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow into a highly strategic, client-facing role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own timelines, next steps, and follow-ups across multiple projects and workstreams
  • Track deliverables and ensure all work progresses smoothly from brief to final delivery
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and leadership
  • Provide timely, accurate status updates and ensure all tasks are completed and closed out
  • Proactively identify risks and flag potential issues early, offering solutions when possible
  • Keep all files, trackers, and documentation organized, current, and accessible
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Execute within established processes and workflows, using tools like Smartsheet and SharePoint
  • Lead collaboration cross-functionally across strategy, creative, media, and production teams
  • Build strong working relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and accountability

What Success Looks Like:

  • You take initiative and proactively move work forward without being asked
  • You anticipate team and client needs, staying one step ahead of what’s next
  • You demonstrate ownership of projects from start to finish
  • You communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively across teams and levels
  • You connect the dots across disciplines, bringing context – not just updates
  • You approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • You build trust quickly by being dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • You continuously look for ways to improve processes and drive better outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in advertising – either in-house or an agency
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, Workfront) is a plus

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) and annual profit-sharing retirement plans
  • Paid time off: company holidays, vacation, and sick leave
  • Paid maternity/paternity leave
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • A dynamic, creative work environment where your contributions are valued

Note: Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
