A primary day-to-day client and internal team contact that assists in every aspect of campaign preparation, implementation, and launch as well as general client relationship duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must be the voice of the client as well as the internal team to help the agency create great work that builds our clients’ businesses.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and passion for the client’s business
  • Help manage and coordinate projects to be sure they are on time, on budget, and on strategy. Projects will range from full campaigns to production to media-specific (both traditional and digital).
  • Continually thinking and sharing ways to build the client’s business, and also not afraid to share ideas on how to become a better agency.
  • Build client and team relationships based on trust and understanding
  • Attend shoots
  • Manage budgets and client billing
  • Conduct meetings with internal team, partner agencies, vendors, and clients, and provide status and summary reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outstanding communication, written, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and adept, with a fun spirit and a can-do/will-do attitude
  • BA/BS degree in related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of advertising/marketing
  • Agency experience preferred
