Are you ready to help us do some good? LERMA/ is looking for a content creator to join our team in Dallas. This position will be responsible for producing and executing wide range of video and social media content for clients across the LERMA/ portfolio. The content creator will embed with a team of art directors and copywriters and play a key role in executing social media content and vertical video concepts, as well as executing video content for internal purposes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, social strategists, creative directors, and brand managers during the ideation process, and lead the production, shooting, and editing phase.
- Creation of social media content and other video materials.
- Bring on-trend executional ideas, stay on top of current social trends.
- Is comfortable operating a camera and lighting setups.
- Editing video content for social.
- Contribute original creative ideas for social and other mediums.
- Push the lo-fi and vertical video offering of the agency.
- Help creative teams in the production and execution phases of a project.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Entry level and seasoned professionals are welcome to apply.
- Excellent eye for composition and editorial skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Strong eye for composition, lighting.
- Directing talent on set.
- Ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive production environment.
- Requires minimal supervision to deliver projects on time.
- Desire to continue growing and building your skillset with education and training.
