- Creative portfolio showing tactile creative skills, a strong ability to bring great ideas to life, and your individual style
- Discernment for powerful design within brand strategy
- Passion for creative storytelling
- Confident communicator who brings bold ideas with conviction while staying open to feedback
- Creative problem solvers with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset (quick to celebrate team successes)
- Curious about AI exploration in creative and strategic specialties
- Experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) OR ready to learn quickly
What to Expect
- Mentorship from award-winning creatives who love teaching
- Location: Dallas, Texas / in person 3 days a week
- Summer internship program runs June – August (9-10 weeks)
- Brainstorm and pitch ideas for client campaigns
