LERMA/ is looking for a motion graphics designer to join our team in Dallas. This position will be responsible for designing and producing a wide range of materials for clients across the LERMA/ portfolio, including animated videos, logo design, brand identity, traditional advertising, social media, etc. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a tight-knit team of seasoned professionals on high-profile projects for national clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative leads, brand managers and clients to execute high-quality design and motion design products.
- Creation of animated videos, logo design, brand identity, and advertising materials.
- Bring on-trend design ideas, stay on top of current design trends.
- Master of typography and motion design.
- Contribute creative ideas to non-design assignments.
- Push the overall aesthetic offering of the agency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative design environment.
- Excellent design, motion design, and production skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Strong eye for design, illustration, animation and typography.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive production environment.
- Requires minimal supervision to deliver projects on time.
- Desire to continue growing and building your skillset with education and training.
