LERMA/ is seeking a curiously-driven media strategy associate that will support the omnichannel planning and buying objectives of our clients. This role establishes the building blocks to develop a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and client thought leadership to harness lasting client relationships and strategies designed to perform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to omnichannel marketing strategies informed by client business objectives
- Manage a campaign’s full cycle from first strategy briefing through final reporting
- Assist with setting campaign KPIs and manage performance across the media portfolio in partnership with Subject Matter Experts
- Provide insightful recommendations and optimization strategies
- Meet with and build strong relationships with vendor partners to maintain familiarity with strategies and solutions available within each key channel
- Assist with vendor invoice approvals and tracking for closing as part of the media billing process
- Demonstrate ambition by keeping informed on industry trends and presenting a monthly trends digest to the integrated team
- Contribute to agency POVs for internal and external use
REQUIREMENTS
- 0-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math/Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfort in learning to take a position of thought leadership for clients and agency
- Able to independently prioritize across multiple projects
- Efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Professional in all internal and external communications
- Self-motivated, but works well with and contributes to an integrated strategy team
- Resourceful in problem-solving and troubleshooting
