RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across social and search platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, and the Google/Bing ecosystems. Programmatic experience, either managed service or trading in DSPs, is a plus.
- Manage day-to-day optimization, pacing, and performance of digital media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across both search and social, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Own accounts as the primary expert, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and results.
- Troubleshoot technical assets such as product catalogs, pixels, offline data sets, and tracking issues to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Effectively communicate and present campaign performance, strategies, and recommendations to clients, including participation in meetings and client QBRs.
- Monitor industry trends, advertising formats, channels, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Allocate budgets across platforms and campaign types, approving invoices and managing insertion orders.
- Mentor, train, and oversee junior team members, ensuring their career development and growth within paid media.
- Be available during non-business hours as needed for real-time campaign monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-6+ years of experience in a digital agency with expertise in both paid social and paid search campaign management.
- Proficiency in biddable media platforms, including Google Search Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major digital advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of paid media technology, including campaign implementation, optimization features, and automation tools.
- Experience in managing large-scale, complex campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, and chart building).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate campaign performance into client-friendly insights.
- 1+ years of experience in team mentorship or management, setting best practices, and providing strategic oversight.
- Platform certifications preferred.
- Experience with data visualization platforms is a plus but not required.
