Summer Digital Strategy Intern

LERMA/ is seeking a Summer Digital Strategy Intern who will gain valuable hands-on experience by supporting a collaborative, cross-functional digital team. This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter looking to learn about advertising, digital strategy, creative technology, and project management in a fast-paced, innovative agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist Digital Project Managers and team members to help keep projects on track, including creating timelines, managing project tasks, and organizing resources.
  • Digital Asset Support: Help organize, manage, and quality-check digital files (e.g., designs, web content, and marketing assets) to ensure they align with project needs.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct industry research on emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to help inform strategies and creative projects.
  • Creative Assistance: Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and Creative Technologists to brainstorm concepts and assist with digital prototypes, basic UI improvements, or content optimization.
  • Quality Assurance: Support QA Specialists in testing websites, email campaigns, and other digital assets to ensure top-quality deliverables.
  • Reporting: Assist in gathering and organizing data for performance reports and campaign results.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, strategists, designers, and developers to deliver creative and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital advertising, creative technology, and project management.
  • Basic understanding of tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
